Not a fan of commercial gyms? This is a private studio. It’s clean, bright, calm and, above all, private. You’ll only ever find a maximum of 3 clients training at any one time. And all our clients are just like you - they value the privacy and exclusive access to the equipment. They know they'll get an enjoyable experience every time in a spacious, safe environment.

And if you have injuries or movement constraints, you’ll find the variety of kit to enable you to work around them. As well as the big pieces of kit, you’ll find lots of accessories for fine tuning your workouts.
