Adore Your Pelvic Floor is a 12-week programme designed by founder Louise Field and supported by Louise Field professionals. This unique programme offers weekly advice, support, exercises and experimental techniques to enable you to understand how your pelvic floor muscles work and how to engage, strengthen and support them whilst executing a range of exercises and functional movements during everyday living.

Stress Incontinence

Do you leak when you cough, sneeze, laugh or jump? Stress Incontinence is most often a result of weakened or damaged muscles that control the emptying of the bladder.

Overactive bladder

Do you have sudden urgent need to pass urine or do you leak before you get to the toilet? Urgency and Urge Incontinence are a result of an overactive bladder.  An overactive bladder begins to contract before it is full, creating a sense of urgency.  The bladder sends messages to the brain that it is more full than it really is and that it desperately needs emptying.

Exercise avoidance

Are you avoiding exercising because you need to wear incontinence pads? Many exercises can be modified to include all the aspects of physical fitness:  cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and balance.

Bowel Incontinence

Do you suffer with bowel incontinence? Some medical conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome affect bowel movement, often resulting in diarrhoea and bowel leakage.

Sexual dysfunction

Men: Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction? Women: Do you struggle to have an orgasm? Pelvic floor muscles are also important for sexual function in both men and women. In men, it is important for erectile function and ejaculation. In women, voluntary contractions (squeezing) of the pelvic floor contribute to sexual sensation and arousal.

Restricted life
