A whole body workout using just your own bodyweight as the resistance. Suitable for all levels.



A bodyweight only workout, designed for conditioning purposes. All exercises are performed for time, so your job is to perform as many reps as possible within that time frame. You can have mini rests during the sets but the timer does not stop. Ideally you want to record the number of reps you do each set and try to match or beat the previous sets’ numbers. Suitable for all fitness levels.
