A whole body band workout specifically for conditioning and tone. All you need are the resistance bands.



An all over body workout that is performed using resistance bands. It is ideal to have a variety of bands available to offer different levels of resistance to each exercise. This will be suitable for all levels, but those with more advanced strength may need to use multiple bands, or slower tempo speeds to help elicit training failure. Some sets will be set as time, in which case you’re to perform as many reps as possible within the time frame given.
