A whole body workout using dumbbells. It aims to fatigue all the major muscles of the body as a main objective. This is different from, say, doing high intensity lifting in a short space of time. Although it will get you sweating, this workout will only occasionally make you pant hard. It is therefore regarded as suitable for beginners and intermediate level lifters. You’ll need: dumbbells and a bench.
