This basic workout is going to do wonders for your posture. More than likely you have a set of posture issues related to sitting for long periods. You may have a weak core, weak glutes and weak upper back muscles. At the same time it’s likely your hips and lower back are tight. This workout addresses these imbalances. Perform as a circuit.
