When the weather is warm you likely want to make the most of the evenings rather than being cooped up in a gym.

Well the good news is there are plenty of exercises you can do at home to save travel time and many exercises that will help you burn lots of calories in a short time and boost your metabolism for hours.

This is the first of a two part video blog showing variations and progressions of the burpee, that infamous pulse raiser.

Just a word of caution: if you haven’t exercised for a while then these are not good choices for your reintroduction to exercise!
