Here are three handy ingredients to help keep your calorie intake down whilst enjoying some indulgence.
Use a calorie free sweetener to sweeten your food. Use it in tea and coffee, with your oats, on berries etc. We use Truvia, which is stevia based.

Use raw cacao for a chocolate hit. You can avoid the fat and sugar that is added to commercial chocolate. You can add it to many foods and sweeten with calorie free sweetener. And it’s stuffed with anti-oxidants. Bonus!
